What I have been told:

The A/S is still 400mil
The Company is NOT selling shares
The O/S is still around 320mil, although investors who had private placements may be selling a bit since they can now
The A/S is NOT maxed out
News on East Tx LOI should be coming by EOM
Funding Partners seem happy with deal
All addt'l info about extra land included in deal that Funding Partners requested have been answered (ie., addtl geological info & details)
Will PR as soon as they get the Green Light from Funding Prtners that Deal is accepted
Things look good
Suggested that I hold onto to my shares as they should be worth a lot more when the news comes
