It's not just semantics, and I wish it was. I am all for the truth and FACTS, but when you bring personnel of the company into the discussion and disparage them publicly for smoking(after all, part of this company's mission is dealing with addictions), complain about their marketing(while claiming you can't contact the company because you don't have their email, which is easily found here on this board), and then want to basically say the company is lying because they do not fit "your" definition of OPEN is BS. I have met the young man disparaged above, and he is struggling with quitting smoking as he told us at Sandusky, but he did not deserve to be publicly spotlighted. I have met management and they have said why they were using soft openings, and that has been discussed here by me and others. As for marketing, they know they need to step up their game, but Rome was not built in a day and they are doing an amazing job in using their finances wisely. This company is just coming together, and I applaud their actions to date!
