Important notes from this PR:

1.) Office move from MI to CA now complete
2.) An office for the Procon Baja JV has been established in Mexico
3.) Plans for aggressive expansion on the ag front
4.) 50-lot second reservation offering for Cielo Mar due to begin next week

Great news overall. Jan has been putting in work, like always. My only critique is that I hope the bit about the second reservation offering will be getting its own PR.
