Here's some advice for Mr Holland:

Get some millennials who write code to intern at FRZT and are into gaming (shouldn't be hard to find).

Challenge them to come up with NEW GAMING CONCEPTS. If they come up with something good offer them a small percentage of potential revenues and release that.

STRIVE TO INNOVATE. DO NOT TRY TO COPY THE SUCCESS OF WHAT HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE....trying to copy the success of other popular games has been a bad strategy.
