- mega deal #1 gets announced (catalyst #2)
- mega deal #2 gets announced (catalyst #3)
- patent approval (catalyst #4)
- revenues from mega deals fund buy back (catalyst #5)

Oh, and throughout all this we will continue to see an acceleration of deal flow.
