And how do you think Company will get funded, how they can operate if they can't dilute? this is OTC Market!!
No dilution means NO MONEY for the company, no money for the company means exactly what you have now which is NOTHING.
There is two options here, one is Reverse Split with increase OS or just increase OS to, let say 5 Billion, and continue operation..... you probably know what it means when they increase OS to 5 Billion and you probably know what it means if they RS this crap.
There are too many shares already.
Do you think Bob will continue to pay using his own money? for company like FLPC Directors NEVER use own money, you may think they do but they don't, all they do they get pay in company shares which they sell TO YOU and sometimes they may use part of that money for operational purpose but if they do that they of course get even more company shares in return..... guess what, OS is maxed out and no way out here until another OS increase or Reverse Split..... Happy so called investing here and do not hold this crap overnight. IMHO
