At first I was way skeptical but after that explanation I actually do remember looking at another company trying to go into California for when they go recreational in 2018. Non profit is the only legal MJ avenue in California if I'm not mistaken. It has been a several months now since going over all that but that's how I remember it. setting themselves up with a non profit gives them a leg up on anyone waiting come 2018. Smart move to get the ball rolling.
