Understand something. I've been Trading in excess of 2.5 decades.

If I had a penny for each and every single time I read the term "mm manipulation", I would have made enough money to have stopped trading 15 years ago.

"Market maker manipulation" is the most widely used and vaguely explained term amongst the day trading community.

It's common sense 4 any traitor, investor or Market maker to put a large amount of shares on the offer while simultaneously pudding smaller size on the bid in hopes for a fill on the bid. This is not anything illegal. Then you have cases where market makers perform cross trades from one account into another account selling from their account on the offer right back into their account on the bid. If this is what you're terming as manipulation, then so be it, it's manipulation to stimulate volume, however it's BS volume And these types of tactics are used simply to cause day traders that have volume scanner alerts se, to enter the trade. I could go on and on with a myriad of market-maker tactics. But I'm not going to waste my time.

For months now, I have been one of the largest advocates of going long this stock. I have posted tons of solid, verifiable due diligence. And to keep things fair and balanced, while holding a long bias on the shares, I have also pointed out with absolute honesty the fact that this stock has hundreds of thousands of dollars in convertible debenture notes that have consistently been coming to Market and destroying the .0001 bid. It has been no secret that since Inception this company has utilized issuance of discounted shares as cash to fund operations. This company has literally destroyed its market cap and all Associated shareholder value. Shareholders simply do not trust this particular management team because they have been utilizing common Equity holders as their private bank. We the shareholder have been keeping this company alive and in operations. We the shareholder have a right to voice our concerns so that management specifically ceases issuing convertible debenture notes to raise Capital. The company has access to financing and should immediately cease issuing further notes to fund operations.

As an aside to the blatantly obvious that I have been saying for months, there is the issue of Cellar boxing where buy market makers naked short the stock down with shares that essentially don't even exist. It is an illicit, yet perfectly legal tactic that the Securities and Exchange Commission doesn't acknowledge nor enforce. The only way, and I mean, the only way that these naked shorts would be forced to cover is if the company could issue a statement indicating that there will not be a reverse stock split as well as addressing shareholder concerns that the company will no longer be issuing convertible debenture notes to raise cash to fund operations. I've already stated, based upon my discussions with investor relations, that the company feels it rhetorical to state that there will not be a reverse stock split. I have been informed directly from investor relations that the company is not going to perform a reverse stock split and that anyone that states the the contrary is a liar. I have written very lengthy emails two both the CEO and CFO as well as investor relations explaining, in my opinion, what needs to be addressed in the presidential shareholder letter. Will they honor my concerns? Who knows. I'm just a shareholder like you. We all need to realize that this company has just acquired a 10 million dollar per year revenue-generating business, spent a great deal of time, energy and funds on becoming current, OTC pink current information, and a new completely revamped website will be out shortly followed by the presidential shareholder letter which hopefully will be worded sufficiently enough to acknowledge some of our concerns. This is not a day trade flip. This is considered a mid to long-term hold. Once the company is successful in implementing its business model, Wall Street will bid the shares and these naked short sellers will have no choice but to cover. I will spend upwards of $150,000 if and when I sense this is occurring. I stand to make nearly half a million dollars on my investment here, as long as management is serious, then so am I. I hope some of that answered a portion of your question
