We all know that 40ug will not be the dose. They knew it likely would not be when the study started but on the off chance it did work better, they gave it a shot. 40ug has too many issues so company now knows 20 ug works and has a good safety profile. 2B success. Dose quantity no longer an issue. Now on to dose frequency over longer period of time. Hello open label extension.
