I am not sure anyone has to provide a audit for a merger to be done.

If the 2 companies agree lets merge then who can stop it? I don't think

any audit will ever be seen but I also don't think it is imperative.

I think we all know that the quarterly reports by Eric were probably

lies, but I still think a merger can happen and they can tell you and me

to go to hell we are just merging.
