That's inaccurate and misleading.

The FACT that INOH is embarking on a new business venture in the cannabis market is just that. If is is forward-looking by the obvious on-going nature of the statement, so be it.

The FACT that INOH added (past-tense) two people to their team in the cannabis division is not limited by a 'forward looking disclaimer'.

Again, any FACTS you may have to shed light on these two particular press releases that you care to share??
