sorry to say but I think the uncertainty about the dilution plan and the fact that the company hasn't replaced that debt with more shareholder friendly debt by now overrides a new website demand or explanations about the name. It looks to me like management wants the debt to continue to convert into shares. For the sake of longs, I hope that assessment is wrong.
