In regards to the permits:

Wouldn't the land testing be performed PRIOR to wasting time applying for permits? I thought they had to get some kind of approval of the soil or something?

And WHY are we even talking about permits until actual CLOSING OF THE LAND is finalized?

That sounds a tad pumpy I do have to say.
