Step...I have been following this for a long time. I think third party verification is important. Kate has announced loans and USAID and contracts with farmers. However, there is no third party verification that there ever was a loan, ever was USAID or ever were contracts with farmers. She should provide some third party verification of these matters to restore shareholder confidence.

On the flip side, there was third party verification that the Big Natural invited her to speak. In my mind, this was the best news ever announced because it is the only news that can be verified from a disinterested third party. It is unfortunate that Kate never provided much, if anything, about how she was received when she spoke or what relationships were made/strengthened.

I would really like to see a loan approval letter from the bank (even if it is in Spanish) and would really like to see the alleged preliminary approval from USAID.
