I did provide facts to support my statement that INOH is "building a new company and going into a new business venture" as you requested.

INOH has added at least two new people to their management team and are entering the cannabis market. In the past, the company had nothing to do with this line of business. Thus, it is a new line of business.

Just bc you call into quesiton those facts (with absolutely no proof that anything in THOSE PARTICULAR press releases is false), does not mean that that they are not facts. By contrast, they are not opinions.

If you are claiming that they are not facts, let's see what you have? If you have nothing about THESE PARTICULAR press releases, then you have nothing to disprove that they are, in fact, facts.
