Why have they not bothered to apply to Health Canada? Would have been simple to do concurrently. They have patents there. Pharma's do it all the time. What info do you have on the CFDA that leads you to believe they are easier on imports or will do this next? China reports a very small per capita abuse number as tightly regulated--they are well aware of opioids as have a lonnnng history with them, and their doctors highly regulated. No pill mills like the US, and the Communist Party has very strict penalties. What is the size of their market who this would be targeted at?
