Sirius,
No, doesn`t have to go that low as can be bought and sold in the background.

Without the new purchase, I still have a sizeable holding, but $2.50 is my price or thereabouts, might get filled, might not, if not, will leave alone and buy another stock that I feel will have short term gains.

The 30k share new deal for me is more quick money, as buying the new Jag XKR, hopefully ready for Jan 07 and this way, I can buy it outright, it is just play money for an asset, nothing more, nothing less, but car is not cheap and this is an easy way to purchase it and have the full funds by Jan and then I get my original investment back as well. My main holding will remain for longer term gains.

I do expect the stock price of TKO to be at least between $6-$8`s by Jan 07, hence I need £70,000, on todays exchange, that`s roughly $132,000. 30k at $2.50 is $75,000, so I need the stock price to be up 276% by Jan 06, i.e. on $2.50, this equates to a stock price of $6.90 from $2.50, which I do not think is majorly unrealistic and could even happen sooner if things work out as expected, if not, I still have the monies in full if the stock only goes to $4.40, which gives me the $132,000 including original investment, but no excess monies.

This is just purely a personal play, I don`t see much downside now if any, only upward pressure and the old Bond Holders will now want the stock to go up to play the game, but I feel I might get one last chance to get a lower entry point, I hope so, you won`t, but this doesn`t affect my normal holdings with TKO.

I hate borrowing for anything, normally outright buys, but TKO does appear to now be on the cusp of good things to come, I have a 3-4 month window for this to work, if it doesn`t, I only need a stock price of $4.40, but lose my original investment as goes into the car, not what I want.

Thought I would explain fully, have a good weekend!!
