"The DSMB interim look includes efficacy analysis and evaluations in the first 222 subjects were completed with 26 assessments. Of an option for early stop for success for overwhelming efficacy, pre-specified protocol defined statistical significance threshold for analysis of RHB-104 versus placebo in the primary endpoint is 0.003."

.003 is a high hurdle
