Can someone explain podras tech in nutshell?

I have been owning ipci for 3 years now..I am still confused as far as why have made advanced in this tech...oxy with podras would have been clutch for Tom..I get the fact we need rev asap and since fda takes forever we didn't include podras but wondering about this tech
