Just reached out to DL and got the following info:

"Per attorney its best for DL report fully with audited books.
He seems to feel this is the fastest way to to get this going asap.
DL knows everyone is anxious, so they pushed the attorney for an alternative and this is what he suggested."

As an investor, it makes me feel more confident knowing the books are audited.
