Um. Based on the facts that will now be before the judge, it's Morgan who has some explaining to do.

Worst case scenario here is the judge drops the judgement to a negligible amount just to save face.

I believe once the judge sees all the facts laid out and figures out where the difference of opinion and confusion is, the entire case will be tossed out and Morgan can add this to his list of bogus lawsuits that's already at least a decade and a half long. I mean, the nerve of the guy.

I guess we will find out soon enough. Anything until then is simply pure conjecture on our parts. Can't get inside the judge's mind, after all.
