I just bought 40,000 shares and it filled in 16 partial fills. How can I buy 40,000 shares when the O/S count is less than 300K ? I just bought 1/7 of the O/S and it didn't budge the price. Can somebody explain to me what is happening are they diluting? I figured after 7 reverse splits and the O/S under 300K the stock should be exploding with this kind of volume.
