We are still miscomunicating. They are no longer making "products". They just sold they're Enerplex model. They are manufacturing raw materials to be applied to already existing products. I don't know any of the technical output data either, but I've been involved in construction for 20+ years and can tell you that Musk's product will be astronomical to install and maintain regardless of efficiency. I am not referring to the cost of the "shingle" itself. He literally has to create the demand and the means to distribute and install. Who cares what the efficiency rating is if it takes you 50 years to recover your investment. In theory if ASTI's product is applied to an existing roofing or siding system the distribution and installation market already exist. Again just a theory I have. I just can't ever see Musk's panels working economically. This is obviously all guess work, but think outside the box on ASTI product. It isn't as limited to your roof. Your front door could be a solar panel.
