I am very pleased by the TONE of this PR!
It seems apparent that Kim or Jon have seen or heard of al the bickering that goes on in this board and other similar venues.
They have been very careful in this PR to avoid any statements that might be taken to mean more or sooner than intended and to include indicators of the rate of expected progress as in:

“With this location finalized we are now preparing the final importation documents for submission in order to obtain approvals to begin work with our hybrid silk technology in Vietnam.”
In addition to progress made in securing a new Vietnamese headquarters the Company has also been working with local experts to prepare a master plan for the 50 hectares dedicated to this project. The Company expects to review those plans in the coming weeks.

Jon is making it clear to even the more prejudiced or distracted readers that THINGS ARE HAPPENING, but that THEY HAVE NOT happened yet, and will not be completed for weeks or months.
This will hopefully somewhat diminish the flood of posts that would come in a month or so saying "they did that 3 months ago! why haven't we heard more in all this time!

It is my expectation from this and other PRs that actual production in Vietnam of more than 100 Kg of silk will not occur until the first or second quarter of next year, but I expect significant increase in the PPS well before that as it becomes increasingly clear that it IS HAPPENING and WILL HAPPEN.
