yeh, someone has been quietly scooping up all the 1's available without triggering 2's. Been going on for months. Very soon this may be merged into Roy's new baby called Grattitude Foods, a new cancer fighting line of drinks. Probably going to be a reverse split. Hoping 1 for 50 (one can dream). 1 for 100 more likely.
