In the eyes of speculation, they're not entirely incorrect. Let's say the company has acquired 500 more BTC since their last filing. Now they file and have 1000 BTC. That is a tremendous increase in company value.

You're right too, if the company were to have BTC.. they should be able to afford to be current..which is the most important thing to investors right now. This is leading us(me) to believe the BTC holding does not exist.

Whichever the case, the company has put eyes on themselves by trying to obtain current status with the OTC. When that happens, we can think about BTC
