Rash is the CEO of ACI per the previous info he put out, and will step down as CEO of USMJ.
ACI got the 51% voting control preferred shares from USMJ. The bylaws written into the preferred shares indicated that 51% of any profit that USMJ earns gets immediately transferred to the holder of the preferred shares (now ACI).

Pretty lousy arrangement, since that leaves little that can be put back into USMJ. I guess they will have to continue diluting this POS stock into the ground like they are known for.
