EHP Trader...I am just trying to understand CODI.

1. Is there any cut off date (or supposed effective date Aug. 1, 2017) when common shareholders can sell their shares and will not be subject to CODI.

2. If you sell your shares before the effective date regardless of when the shares were bought, will you be subject to CODI?

Anyone knows the information? TIA
