Looking at their board, I would say debt and SS are the two main areas where they are better. While I agree that I would love to have improvements in those area for OTTV, I think we are better everywhere else.

The market will soon tell us what it prefers. Keep in mind that the best product does not always win. For those of us old enough to remember VHS vs Betamax, Betamax was better from a manufacturing and distribution point of view but VHS was better at marketing so they won. In the end, the marketing will usually be the determining factor between two competing companies with similar products.
