G/M_Humm'_,the killer for me was being lied to about no R/S. I saw accounting trickeration on the inventory.-a switcharoo that kept us guessing__That week-end of DD was a opener that things may not be right.Sure enough
And now we are here with everything brought into question.That doesn't mean issues can't be resolved_but the odds of issues being resolved by Warren Sheppard are the lowest.
So,gms' called Blackbridge and not FINRA.
I found a ticker to re-coup some if not all my losses here.So I'm moving foward with that play.
I promise you Humm',if I sell my remaining 2 million shares,I will still call FINRA for openers if gms' doesn't.
The reason is:FINRA may respond by blocking the R/S.Warren may then be forced to pursue loans favorable to business and his investors.He has to cover the CVs' with shares. If he can't by doing a R/S he then will either drop them or increase the Authorized, or go after bank loans that are available.And there are many,contrary to what he stated in filings.
The SEC may just shut down trading,FINRA will just block Warren.
