Good point.

It wouldnt take much effort to spike this.
Sign an IR firm, get some press releases going, file ER, and show some insider buying of a few thousand dollars.

... and answer the phone and emails.


Is there a reason they dont want to file the ER, is there potentially
something bad that it would show?

What do you think has changed?
