Well, I'll be the first to say, there is a substantial difference between running a private company and a public company.

However, this particular CEO has surrounded himself with consultants that should prevent him from making the mistakes that plague most OTC companies.

I mean, how many OTC companies have you ever had the opportunity to invest in with no toxic debt?

Anyone would have to admit that is a rarity in itself.

As I stated previously, as long as they execute on their business model, they should be fine.
