If the AG wants to target MJ users and change leaving it up the states to decide how it will be handled it will be a long process. A process that will likely take longer than he will be in the position.
Very day more and more state congressmen, governors and senators are siding with the general public in their state on MJ medical as well as recreational.
All this talk about Sessions making changes to crack down on MJ is not helping the sector but in reality must don't understand it isn't as easy as they think to make these changes.
Look at the tax revenues the states that have medical and rec use currently. Then look at all the jobs it has generated in those states. Anyone who thinks the states aren't going to fight every inch of the way on changes that are pushed onto them from the federal government are not looking at it at the state level in which they govern there state with MJ state laws.
Info is available that supports what I have stated above. In my honest opinion.
Hope this give you the insight you were looking for.
Over the next few days I will do some digging for past reports and articles and post links. Currently I am not in a position to sit in front of my laptop.
