Even if toby & mike resigned they were the only 2 with preferred stock. That's how they kept voting power. If they didn't get rid of the preferred stock then they are still in charge.

Check the filings!!! "Preferred stock: $0.001 par value; 1,000,000 shares authorized; 100,000 shares issued and outstanding."

Also you expect me to believe they just walked away? The made a deal & we need and have a right to know the details!!!
