I guess if you believe their plan they have partnered with some dental group practice in Philadelphia that supposedly can generate a lot of sales through 40 locations in that area, and they get 40% of the revenue. Whether they can pull it off is the question of course. If that succeds they plan to do the same in other areas. However, who knows if what they project is possible or not.
