This is what i got from the company this morning (email from VP):


The recent pressure on the stock and the resultant “dilution” is caused certain debt holders exercising rights under their loan documents. It is not something the Company can control. While the stock is under severe pressure of late, we are reducing debt and improving our balance sheet for the future.
