Here is a rant on behalf of folks like Churak. I saw this on an item for sale on ebay.

"Attention all bidders: Again, we do not ship internationally, nor do we accept international Paypal payments. However, many Canadian bidders do not seem to feel that the term "international" applies to them. If you are considering bidding on this item, please ask yourself if you are, in fact, Canadian. If so, and you insist on bidding on this item, we will complete the transaction, but you will be charged a $10.00 fee for your attempts to subvert the English language."
