I obviously don't know enough about the deal, but it seems to me the $3M would be high risk. I thought we would not be getting any revenue until the channel is up and running. Therefore I thought it would have to go through all phases. How do we earn any money if the channel is not up and running?

If the channel is up and running do you know our share of the deal?
