I agree although as someone else pointed out, we really aren't voting on the merger at this point, but whether the company should continue to exist or be liquidated. They did however put in the Vivos information, I guess because they signed that "letter of intent". Actually the court doc with the Vivos info was put out on June 13 - http://www.kccllc.net/imxacquisition/document/1612238170613000000000001 now that I look at it again. I really don't know what to make of it all, whether Vivos is any good or not.

It is good that you know someone indirectly who is a Vivos provider, will be interesting to see what you can find out.
