the question is which country will have the replacement jobs and be fully ready to take advantage of the new tech
we did it with cars and drugs and the net - once or twice
will we do it again or will be trying to save 66,000 coal workers and a few carrier workers
capitalism has ugly turns that shift resources away from regions and industry
at the people level - state level - and country level - the spoils belong to the nimble
(said by one in a second career !!)
