Is Les an Aryan? If you mean AUYRN, MDMN and AUYRN are separate companies, and the matter you are probably referring to is MDMN business.
AUYRN for all intents and purposes had no real need to see MDMN's share structure cleaned up. This is solely a matter concerning MDMN shareholders and their share valuation. The MDMN stake in AUYRN remains the same regardless of how many MDMN shares are out there.
