To be fair, many have wanted James to get current and have the stop sign removed as, they feel, that will mean brokers will allow their clients to invest here. However, as James himself has said, that isn't the problem. It's that we aren't "DTC eligible" (often confused with "DTC Chill"). Thus we can't get all the investors here as we would like as long as many(?) brokers won't allow their clients to invest because of it. Nothing to do with "Shorting" this at all for the vast majority of us.

The lack of DTC eligibility caused by the prior managements is the reason people can't buy NSAV, not the stop sign or filings.

It is the DTC eligibility that is prohibiting people from buying NSAV. Much more that the stop sign. I will get NSAV DTC eligible very soon.

There has never been a chill placed on NSAV. That is coming from a top DTC chill removing company. Chills are very bad and usually for fraud

Even the former CEO thought it important enough to get rid of the "DTC Chill" (which, according to James, wasn't the problem anyhow. It was the "DTC Eligibility" as said previously):

"Mr. Baritz also addressed the issue of removing the DTC chill on NSAV that was inherited from the previous management; "We have engaged the services of Pacific Stock Transfer Co. to effect the process of removing the DTC chill, which has clearly been a significant obstacle to the growth of our company." Baritz continued, "We recognize that the removal of the chill is a significant part of our strategy, and we are on pace with our previously released expectations on this matter. We hope to complete the process within the next 45-60 days."
