The seeming lack of any meaningful progress is staggering! The permit application process started over a year ago. Why, then, are the DNR still 'reviewing' the applications? Is it one man, working a two day week, or what? Does anyone know who can put pressure on the DNR to get on with it? Taxpayers money is being frittered away here! Also, why are we still waiting for a federal judge to give her written judgement on a two-hour hearing of three months ago? Can it really be that difficult? Is the judge overworked, or does she merely see the suit as a low priority? Is she unwell, or is there some political motive for this torpor? All in all, nothing seems to be progressing with this project and we, the shareholders, have no idea whether Polymet are making suitable noises, or not! All we seem to get, as per the recent AGM, is adjusted timelines. I seem to recall that, not long ago, we were looking at production by 2017. Perhaps I was mistaken and it was 2027!
