yes tomix...i saw, but it was a bit buried in the 8k, so that's the reason i posted earlier. you have to look for it...

in any case, i believe the company's prospects are quite a bit brighter than most may realize due to hands being tied by lawyers and SEC guidelines concerning communications during an offering. it has been a painfully long haul but once this new S1 offering closes and management is free to speak again, i think we'll see a lot of PR's which provide evidence of the company's much improved status....and prospects for the future...

the planet needs more companies like bluesphere. all digits crossed for success...!
