I am not sure they should get rid of any of the toxic debt since they just signed those agreements. But those far wiser in these matters are far more knowledgeable in this area than I am. If there was no toxic debt I definitely of the opinion that all monies should be used to move the company ahead and NOT buy back any shares now.
But, I have been wrong before and I am sure I will be wrong again somewhere on my journey through this life.
