Fwiw... I called Matthew Henninger, our IR person, after market close on Friday to ask about the latest development with Austep. He told me that Bluesphere is well on the way to replacing them and that the terms of the new deal will work to Bluesphere's advantage in a number of important ways, including higher yearly payments to BLSP.

I'm waiting now to see actual deal terms to be released when deal is closed/signed.
