I don't think many realize just how serious the Chinese Government is about becoming a world leader in the EV market.

Per below, DOLV should ROCK very very soon!!!

Still, indications are strong that China will be in on EVs for the long term. In 2016, the country expanded its EV-charging infrastructure to a total of 107,000 public charging outlets—an increase of 118 percent over 2015. And additional McKinsey research shows that a majority of Chinese EV owners are eager to buy EVs again, and that the number of Chinese consumers who say they are interested in purchasing an EV has tripled since 2011.

Having the connections and support of the government will secure the success of this company. It's coming and it's coming hard!!

Also, to reiterate on the "scam" nonsense. Per below, Scams don't file federal complaints in US federal courts:

ORDER granting11 Motion for Extension of Time to Answer All Defendants. Responses to complaint now due August 11, 2017. On or before August 11, 2017, plaintiff shall also file proof of service of the complaint on all defendants who have not yet appeared by counsel as of that date. The court defers consideration of pre-motion letters already filed until August 11, 2017. This schedule may be altered only with permission from the court. Plaintiff is ordered to serve a copy of this order on all defendants who have not yet appeared by counsel. Ordered by Judge Allyne R. Ross on 7/12/2017. (Matsumura, Rebecca)
