In the ibox it says "The CEO states that the correct share structure is as published below". Did he say that to you in your phone conversation and if so did you ask who the TA might be? It seems to me that is one of the first things we should try and get a handle on while we wait for more news from company. What was your read on the CEO? Was he fairly straight forward and forthcoming or evasive? TIA and I will dig deeper into the float issue in the AM with a few phone calls.
