Yes dilution is happening. BUT ...

it is happening because Tom is spending a lot of money to make a lot of money.

I would rather own a smaller piece of the huge pie, than own a larger piece of a small pie.

BVTk wasn't spending much money in the past,and wasn't doing much business. Now, all of a sudden, Tom is working some major deals. And as such, he spent some major money to do so. But again, when the pie is expanded out exponentially, and I own what becomes a smaller piece of that pie, it still comes to a larger amount of money overall. And THAT is why I am a buyer in SPITE of Tom diluting us with convertible debt and other deals.

What can I say. I'm more interested in reading chapter 9, where Tom is at right now, than chapter 4, where we spend the money to GET to chapter 9. Make sense?
