TDAmeritrade brokers not executing this morning
The fix is in. I put in several orders, not C/R-ing for lower BID price, just all separate orders. I put in 11,500 for .0710, I see my exact order qty as current bid, then somehow, someone else gets executed for 1000 shares at .0710 because volume jumped by 1000 and there was a price-change, meanwhile current bid is still 11,500 for .0710. This means that someone tossed in an order for 10,000 and invoked a price change after getting partially executed, since *I THINK* that PPS only adjusts if a lot of around 10,000 is partially/fully executed. The same thing happened to me crawling up to .0725. Either TDAmeritrade brokers are not executing POTN orders or another broker is getting priority this morning, or MMs are getting priority due to the coming news this week.
